This stunning french gilt mirror features a large mirrored plate surrounded by a gilt gesso frame. The gilding on this mirror is in superb condition , with hints of the red oxide base  showing . The overall restrained design set off by a crest with foliate details. Absolutely stunning. Circa 1890.
